JD Sports Canada offers a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Customers can return eligible products either in-store or by mail to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and within the 30-day window from the date of purchase or delivery.

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your JD Sports account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a return label or QR code.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
